Let’s build something incredible together.

Every engagement starts with a conversation. From there, we build something together, structured around your needs, managed personally from start to finish, and designed to create lasting impact.

01.

Strategy + Planning

Effective strategy requires more than a well-written document. It requires a process that builds shared understanding, surfaces the right questions, and produces a framework that actually guides decision-making over time.

I work with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations to develop strategic plans, program frameworks, and organizational roadmaps that are grounded in evidence, informed by stakeholder input, and designed to be used. Every engagement begins with a discovery process tailored to the organization's context - its history, its people, its funding landscape, and the communities it serves. From there, I work collaboratively with leadership and staff to develop goals, priorities, and accountability structures that reflect where the organization is and where it needs to go.

Engagements are structured based on organizational need and may include environmental scans, stakeholder interviews, facilitated planning sessions, theory of change development, logic model design, and final plan production. I bring PMP-certified project management discipline to every phase, which means clear timelines, defined deliverables, and a process that stays on track.

02.

Brand + Design + Digital

A strong visual identity and digital presence are not luxuries for mission-driven organizations — they are tools for trust, credibility, and communication. How an organization presents itself shapes how funders perceive it, how communities engage with it, and how effectively it can tell its story.

I develop visual identities and digital presences that are honest, coherent, and built to last. Services include logo and brand identity development, brand guidelines, publication and report design, website design, photo curation, video production and editing, and social media and content strategy. Engagements are scoped based on organizational need - from a focused brand identity project to a comprehensive communications overhaul.

Every project begins with a conversation about who the organization is, who it is trying to reach, and what it needs its communication to accomplish. Design decisions follow from those answers, not from trends or templates. The result is a visual identity and digital presence that reflects the organization accurately and serves it practically.

03.

Community Engagement + Facilitation

Meaningful community engagement is not a checkbox. It is a practice — one that requires careful design, genuine commitment to inclusion, and the skill to hold complex conversations across difference.

I design and facilitate engagement processes that bring stakeholder voices into organizational planning, program development, and community decision-making. This includes large-scale community convenings, stakeholder interviews and focus groups, advisory committee structures, and participatory planning processes. Each engagement is designed from the ground up based on the organization's goals, its community relationships, and the specific decisions the process is meant to inform.

I have facilitated across diverse communities - including indigenous and sovereign nations, faith-based organizations, government partners, and grassroots community members - and bring experience designing processes that are accessible, culturally responsive, and productive. The goal of every engagement is not just to gather input, but to generate the kind of insight and shared ownership that moves work forward.

04.

Data Visualization + Storytelling

Your data is powerful. There’s a story behind it. However, data is only useful if it can be understood and acted on. Translating complex quantitative information into clear, compelling visual narratives, and not necessarily in a nice report or paper, is a must.

I offer data visualization and storytelling services as well as integrated support within broader consulting engagements. Working from existing datasets or conducting original analysis, I produce designed outputs (e.g., reports, infographics, dashboards, and data briefs) that make findings accessible to non-specialist audiences including community members, funders, and policymakers.

My technical background includes advanced proficiency in R, ArcGIS, STATA, and Qualtrics, as well as professional design production in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator. I have worked with population-level public health data, census and neighborhood equity data, survey data, and program evaluation data across a range of community and institutional contexts. The goal of every project is the same to make data actually make sense and tell a story so that it is meaningful and useful to the people who need it most.
